AuditCrow is a free website health scanner operated by 4D Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using auditcrow.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AuditCrow crawls publicly accessible web pages you submit and generates an automated health report covering SEO, performance, accessibility, and other factors. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.

Reports are generated automatically and are intended as general guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your website based on our reports.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to scan.
  • Attempt to scan non-public or authenticated pages.
  • Use automated tools to submit excessive scan requests (rate limits apply: 5 scans per hour per IP address).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising AuditCrow are owned by 4D Services. Scan reports generated for you may be shared, downloaded, or printed freely for your own use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that reports will be error-free, complete, or available at all times. Scans expire after 5 minutes of inactivity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4D Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed £0, reflecting the free nature of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law
